Understanding systems of oppression + STI stigma
How to talk testing specifics (what, when, how, where)
Disclosure frameworks (including text scripts!)
How to hold space when someone discloses to you
A practice round (mock disclosures + receiving)
Nervous system grounding + tools for regulation
