My whole life, I’ve been someone people come to when they need to be real. I used to wonder if that meant anything. Now I know it does.
I believe in a world where we get to be fully human -messy, honest, curious, and brave. Where we learn to cooperate, not perform.
Maybe that’s what liberation looks like.

Coaching
Some of us have always been the ones who feel everything deeply, who carry what others won’t, who long for a world that doesn’t exist yet. I work with people who’ve never felt held by the systems we live in. Together, we create the kind of care we’ve always needed but rarely received.
